UNARMED GUARDING

A well disciplined and trained guard force is at hand to provide temporary and nationally contracted services for unarmed guards. The services include industrial, commercial and residential premises, where emphasis is on strict access control and mobile systematic patrols.

A supervisory control of all static guards assignment is practiced by selected supervisors and officers to ensure professionalism and excellent service is rendered to all clients.

GURKHA GUARDS

From the famed British Gurkha rifles, the gurkhas are well known for their fierce fighting spirit and loyalty. We are most fortunate that several of these gurkhas are now with us in Malaysia as guards.

SECURITY SURVEYS

Survey will be conducted based on demographic location and area assessment to provide a thorough report of the security of a particular locality for commercial or recreational projects.

Security surveys will give special emphasis and probable solutions to areas with a high percentage of crime rates, vice activities and havens for illicit drug activities.

BACKGROUND CHECKS

Aside from police vetting, thorough background check can be conducted on individuals or companies. Homes addresses,
past working details and where feasible, financial details can be authenticated against data provided.

UNARMED BODYGUARDS


Specially hand picked security officers who are competent in the usage of fire – arms and self defense can be made available to act as personal bodyguards cum drivers at client’s request. The bodyguards have been drilled and trained to spot potential danger areas and to move the person or persons they are protecting out of the “Target Area”, safely in the shortest time possible.

SURVEILLANCE AND PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS

A compact multi team comprising of trained ex police and Armed Forces personnel is the core of the surveillance and investigation team. Highly trained, mobile and equipped with back up electronic surveillance equipment, the team is headed by an experienced investigating and surveillance officer. In addition, to daily and weekly report reports, video/photographic and/or audio surveillance coverage can be provided depending on the clients needs.

In early 2003, the team was involved in the investigation and surveillance of the accounts manager of a public listed company based in Shah Alam who was involved in monthly payback from a local contractor. Both contractor and accounts manager were captured a video during the payment at a public car park. 


A surveillance assignment is currently being carried out on a director of a telecommunications company in Kuala Lumpur for embezzlement and misappropriation of frauds. The client has been provided with video and photographic surveillance products and inquiry proceedings have begun.

We Never Compromise

We specialize in supervision through a qualified staff that will check your property a minimum of three times during each twelve hour shift. MALFORCE supervisors make every effort to ensure that each and every guard we employ is punctual, attentive to details and well groomed during his shift. At the end of each shift, a highly detailed Daily Activity Report (DAR) is filled by the Security Officer on duty at your location. In this pretext MALFORCE has emphasized in giving its services in a professional manner without compromising the security needs of your organization and without hurting your budget. In MALFORCE, we provide a system customized to meet your individual needs, where the security set-up differs from one organization to another where these set-ups are solely focused on you and your security. Apart from that, we make a detailed on-site evaluation and survey before we propose any security systems.

Quality Management

MALFORCE places major emphasis on managing the quality of its operations and especially its guards and officers. Our quality management process begins when prospective guards and officers are interviewed, screened and assessed for their detailed orientation, interest in our industry as a career and commitment to personal success. It continues throughout the entire training process where instructors file several reports assessing each trainee’s progress.  Once training has been completed, each candidate is assigned to the type of post that his training instructor’s reports indicate he is best suited for.

MALFORCE’s quality management also extends to the care and maintenance of our patrol vehicles, office equipment and other real property.  Vehicles, two-way radios and electronic monitoring systems are meticulously maintained and frequently tested by relevant experts.

GUARDING DIVISION


We provide qualified and experienced security guards who stand ready to meet the requirements of security assignments.

Supervision

MALFORCE believes strongly that adequate supervision of our employees is an essential activity.

We recognize that just doing well in a classroom training environment does not guarantee the same level of on-the-job performance.

For this reason, we insist on maintaining close supervision of officers until we feel fully confident of their abilities and commitments.

Since supervision is actually one part of quality management, we extend it to all corners of our business including office personnel, mechanics maintaining patrol vehicles, those assigned to monitor close-circuit TV monitoring and alarm systems and others. We even go as far as to supervise the preparation and filling of paperwork such as daily activity reports (DARs).

Perhaps most important, our supervisory staff is responsible for checking each client’s property a minimum of three (3) times on every twelve (12) hour shift, thus ensuring punctuality, appearance and overall performance of every security officer assigned to a post.

Even MALFORCE supervisors receive some level of supervision from company executives and local office managers. We don’t believe in leaving any stone unturned to assure that our customers get the very best in security guard services.









Security Patrols

MALFORCE’s patrol operations are known for their thoroughness, punctuality and exceptional attention to detail.  Guards assigned to patrol duty drive or walk from one location to another in order to conduct security checks in predetermined locations on their route.  They are constantly on the lookout for anything unusual that might indicate a break-in or theft as well as suspicious individuals who may be planning or about to execute criminal activity.


Patrol officers do not have the same powers of arrest as police officers but they can and do make “citizens arrests” and detain suspects until law enforcement officers arrive on the scene.


The specific job responsibilities of patrol officers depends on the post they are assigned to.


Recruitment & Selection Of Personnel.

MALFORCE’s recruitment and personnel selection is an ongoing process both to fill new positions arising from our company’s growth and to fill positions where employees have retired, become ill or moved on to other jobs.


Interviews are the first steps in selecting individuals and to determine an applicant’s suitability for a security guard job.  Written tests are employed to assess the applicant’s honestly, intelligence and personality traits.  The way an applicant presents himself from an overall appearance point of view also provides us with important information.  


MALFORCE rigorously checks each applicant’s background to determine any red flags that would disqualify him.  Obviously, a guard assigned to any client is expected to be squeaky clean with respect to prior criminal acts, as honesty and truthfulness must be our highest priority in the selection process.  Other characteristics are also considered.  For example, guards assigned to public places and large retail establishments must be good communicators.  Those on patrol using company vehicles must have a clean driving record.


Selections and assignment to training classes only takes place when an applicant has passed this process successfully.


Uniforms And Equipment

Each of the Security Officers and Security Guards assigned to your facility will be issued a complete wardrobe of the applicable uniform and proper instructions on the maintenance.  Inspections will be made by our Field Supervising Officers on a regular basis to ensure professional appearance; over and above our Director of Operations will make his inspections to ensure that our Field Supervising Officers are doing their very best.

Dog Handling Services

MALFORCE’s Security Dog Handling Services specializes in providing professional security dog services to clients from a wide range of public and private sectors.


We are an elite effective company providing excellent service to our clients. We pride ourselves on employing the best canine teams. An experienced canine patrol unit can be equally effective as up to five static guards.


Our specialist canine teams are an asset to any force concerned with security and our presence can greatly increase the effectiveness of any team.
